Chief Executive Officer
Brigit Zimmerman serves as Chief Executive Officer at Priceline, a role she assumed in 2026 after previously serving as Chief Commercial Officer. With deep travel industry expertise, Brigit has played a central role in shaping Priceline’s commercial and go-to-market strategies since joining the company in 2013.
Throughout her tenure with the company, Brigit has led major product and platform investments that have strengthened Priceline’s competitive position and driven growth across key verticals, as well as successfully managed the integration of the company’s acquisitions, including Flyiin and Getaroom.
Recognized among the Top Women in Travel and Hospitality in 2022, Brigit is widely regarded for her strategic vision and commitment to advancing innovation in travel commerce.
Prior to joining Priceline, Brigit held a leadership position at United Airlines. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Brigit resides in Fairfield County, CT with her fiancé and their two dogs.
Chief Financial Officer
Matthew (Matt) Tynan is Chief Financial Officer of Priceline, a subsidiary of Booking Holdings Inc. (BHI). A veteran executive of BHI, Matt joined the company in 2000 as a Business Analyst in Corporate Development. He has held a variety of positions at BHI, including 13 years as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), during seven of which Matt also led Investor Relations. This work was recognized by Institutional Investor who ranked Matt the #3 IR Professional in America (internet category). In 2015, Matt was appointed CFO of the Priceline brand.
Serving in a leadership capacity throughout his entire 23 years with the company, Matt has played a pivotal role in growing both BHI and the Priceline brand. Throughout his tenure, Matt has overseen all facets of finance and corporate development, including FP&A, investor relations, M&A, external reporting, capital raising, FinTech, controllership, risk management, collections, payroll, compensation planning, procurement, tax, SOX/PCI compliance, treasury and cybersecurity.
Prior to joining BHI, Matt was an investment banking financial analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. He started his career with Deloitte and Touche Management Consulting.
A New York native, Matt graduated summa cum laude from NYU’s Stern School of Business in three years with a B.S. in both Finance and Accounting. Matt serves on the board of directors for LUXY Technologies. A father of four, Matt and his wife reside in Westchester, NY.
Chief Commercial Officer
Traci Mercer serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Priceline, overseeing all commercial operations across the company’s travel verticals. She leads the partner relationships and supply strategies that deliver exceptional value and choice to Priceline customers.
Since joining Priceline in 2023 as Senior Vice President of Accommodations and progressively taking on broader commercial responsibilities, Traci has helped shape a more unified and agile commercial organization. Her leadership has strengthened partner engagement, elevated commercial performance, and advanced multi-brand initiatives that enhance the travel experience across the broader Booking Holdings ecosystem. She led the integration of multiple Accommodations sales teams into a single high-performing organization and supported a group-wide air platform and contracting model that improved operational consistency and expanded value for travelers.
Before Priceline, Traci held senior executive roles at Sabre, Hootsuite, and Expedia Group, after beginning her career in operational and property-level roles with Hilton Hotels. She has lived and worked in the United States, Canada, and Singapore, leading globally distributed teams. Her leadership and influence have been recognized globally, including honors such as Technology Magazine’s Top 100 Women in Technology, GBTA’s Top 50 Women in Travel and the National Diversity and Leadership Council’s Most Powerful Women in Tech.
An avid traveler, she enjoys exploring new destinations with her husband and their dogs and is an active animal rescue volunteer. She resides in the Greater Seattle area.
Chief People Officer
Liz Dente joined Priceline in late 2016 as Chief People Officer. As head of People Culture, Liz looks to celebrate and grow the Priceline corporate culture while managing all aspects of human resources, including organizational development, workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, learning, compensation and benefits, employee relations and service delivery.
With a background in transformative Human Resources, technology, and consumer goods, Liz is an integral member of the leadership team. She is an avid supporter of innovation and technology, and has spent over 20 years fine tuning her skills in bringing the best out of people and companies.
Before joining Priceline, Liz served as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at ITT, where she laid the foundation to build a global, talent-focused culture. Prior to ITT she spent a decade at Avon Products in various HR, IT and Business Transformation Leadership roles. She joined Avon from A.T. Kearney where she was a partner in their Enterprise Transformation group, and started her career as an electrical design engineer at Texas Instruments. Liz holds a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Computer and Systems Engineering, and an MBA in Decision Science and Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Liz, and her husband Tom, daughter Bella, and son Nick are avid runners and lacrosse players, and huge fans of the beautiful beaches of New Jersey.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Heidi Garfield joined Priceline in November 2020 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, where she is responsible for a range of legal and business matters, including compliance, privacy, commercial transactions and risk management.
Heidi previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Shutterstock, Inc., where she managed the company’s global Legal and Security teams, as well as Human Resources on an interim basis. Prior to Shutterstock, she spent several years as an intellectual property and commercial litigator at two large Manhattan law firms.
An avid believer in the importance of empowering the next generation with essential knowledge, Heidi is an active supporter of the Schools Consent Project, and regularly teaches NYC students on the subject of consent.
A graduate of Washington University School of Law and Syracuse University, Heidi lives with her husband and two daughters in New York and enjoys any opportunity to be outside, as well as cooking, running and reading.
Chief Product Officer
Kevin Heery joined Priceline as Chief Product Officer in March 2017. In this role, Kevin sets out to create the best possible user experiences for Priceline customers. He manages the company’s Product Management, User Experience, Design and Product Analytics teams.
Kevin is a seasoned digital product executive known for leading major transformation in large enterprises. He is proven at creating fast, lean, data-driven teams that can grow existing digital businesses as well as develop, deliver and grow new products for a company’s target market.
Before joining Priceline, Kevin was Senior Vice President of Platform Product for Time Inc. In this role, Kevin led product across Time Inc’s consumer-facing digital platforms on iconic brands such as People, Time and Sports Illustrated.
A UK-native, Kevin moved to Westchester, New York with his wife and two children in 2013. He still closely follows his beloved Tottenham Hotspur, and is desperately hoping his children will share his interest in the English Premier League.
Chief Technology Officer
Sejal Amin joined Priceline as Chief Technology Officer in 2024, bringing over 25 years of technology leadership across public and private companies. She oversees product engineering, infrastructure, data, and technology operations, delivering tech solutions that redefine the travel booking experience. Sejal is also responsible for the company’s enterprise AI strategy, including the integration of generative AI across Priceline’s platforms and operations, as well as its continued advancements in cloud optimization.
Sejal has led several enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and has extensive expertise in building high-performance product development cultures. At Priceline, she drove the adoption of the company’s product operating model, strengthening alignment across technology, product, and business teams to scale innovation across Priceline’s platforms and operations. Prior to joining Priceline, Sejal served as CTO at Shutterstock, where she leveraged AI to drive a comprehensive revitalization of customer features. Before that, she was the CTO of Tax and Accounting, one of Thomson Reuters’ largest business units, where she led the transformation of the engineering organization and product portfolio.
Sejal is an active contributor and mentor within the tech community. She is an Independent Board Director for Auction Technology Group PLC, a member of the PagerDuty Customer Advisory Board, and a founding member of Unveiled, supporting the advancement of women in STEM. In 2021, she was named to the BT150 Transformational Executive List for her leadership in delivering an enterprise-wide modernization initiative.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Computer Science, as well as an MBA in Managing Technology from Rutgers University. Based in New York, Sejal is an adventure traveler and enjoys exploring the world with her family.
Senior Vice President, Digital Marketing & Pricing
Toby Korner is Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing & Pricing at Priceline, overseeing online media and optimization activities at the company. Since joining the company in 2012 his leadership has been crucial in maximizing Priceline’s marketing impact and helping customers find great deals. In 2026, Toby expanded his role to oversee pricing using Priceline’s renowned Deals Engine, in addition to the entire digital marketing organization.
Prior to joining Priceline, he spent over a decade in marketing analytics consulting and ad tech. Toby has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
A native of Connecticut, Toby has strong roots in Connecticut and is now raising his three sons here. When he is not thinking about marketing or data, he can be found playing sports with his kids, disc golfing with his wife, or watching Notre Dame football.
Senior Vice President, Strategy & Brand Marketing
Lesley Klein joined Priceline in April 2022 as SVP Strategy & Brand Marketing. In this role, Lesley is responsible for growing Priceline’s customer base, building an integrated marketing practice, modernizing the brand, and setting strategic long-term vision for the company.
Lesley brings over 18 years of hands-on experience in reinventing what marketing can do for some of the world’s biggest and most recognizable brands. Her passion is in building contemporary strategies, products, experiences, and partnerships that create cultural resonance, brand growth and shareholder value.
Prior to joining Priceline, Lesley was VP Global Brand Strategy for WW (Weight Watchers), where she successfully architected the brand transformation to a consumer-centric wellness company. Lesley previously served as Managing Director of leading media and marketing consultancy MediaLink, where she led the Brand Marketing & Agency Partnerships practice. Earlier in her career, Lesley held account leadership and product management positions at Deutsch Inc. and The New York Times.
Outside of work, Lesley is a mentor to young professionals and advisor to early stage companies. She is a member of The WIE Suite and We Are The Board. Lesley lives in Connecticut with her husband and two sons.
Senior Vice President & General Manager,
Priceline Partner Solutions
Matthew Shutt is the Senior Vice President & General Manager of Priceline’s B2B business, Priceline Partner Solutions (PPS). Since joining Priceline in 2023, Matthew has led its Technology, Product, Commercial, FinOps, and Customer Care functions, driving strategic growth and strengthening the company’s position in the B2B travel space.
Matthew brings deep global and cross-industry experience to Priceline Partner Solutions. Under his direction, PPS has enhanced its partner ecosystem, broadened its global reach, and advanced its product capabilities to deliver best-in-class travel solutions. This work is reflected in Priceline’s recognition as a 2025 Inc. Power Partner, underscoring the growth and long-term value PPS delivers for B2B partners.
Prior to joining Priceline, Matthew spent a decade at Expedia Group, holding leadership roles across the Global Hotel Supply and B2B business in posts spanning from London to Seattle. He also served in strategic partnerships roles at Hilti, a leader in global construction, and as an entrepreneur, operating franchised Domino’s Pizza stores in Paris.
Originally from the UK, Matthew pursued his higher education in France and now resides in Florida with his wife and two young children.
